Clearpack (Thailand) is a part of a much larger global company that can assist with everything from filling, capping, labelling, case packing, palletisers and even Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV’s), with the key industries being Food, Beverage, Personal Care, Homecare and Lube Oil.

According to Mr Manu Kalra, Group Vice President, Clearpack (Thailand) Co.,Ltd, ‘the company sees ProPak Asia as the key platform to meet new companies, spend time with existing ones and to showcase their extensive range of packaging solutions to the entire ASEAN Region under one-roof’.

“Aside from being a part of a global network Clearpack also has an extremely strong presence across the entire ASEAN region with offices in Thailand, China, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. The ability to be able to provide local assistance and engineers, regional languages and staff, access to manufacturing facilities in the region and fast turnaround as a part of our packaging solutions is a unique offering that we are very proud of,” Mr Kalra said.

“Clearpack also has a manufacturing arm which means that we can offer more competitive pricing for the ASEAN region; which flows to a higher return on investment for your packaging solutions. Coupled with the ability to regularly improve and adapt our technologies and innovations to suit the needs of the market Clearpack has a strong product offering in end-of-line automation and packaging solutions.

Mr Kalra believes that the Clearpack range of solutions help to improve the packaging process and productivity returns on any factory floor.

“The ASEAN region has recently seen a shift whereby many of the local Governments are encouraging businesses to look towards automation, robotics and Industry 4.0 compliant machines for their factory lines. Finding solutions that can automate tasks, allow businesses to turn products around faster & more efficiently and the ability to improve safety & productivity are extremely important to advance the region,” Mr Kalra said.

“With businesses also heading to more sustainable solutions the Clearpack range is flexible and adaptable enough to suit sustainable packaging material requirements. We also have predictive and preventative maintenance programs on our machines to ensure that they are providing the best possible performance at all times. Many of our machines can monitor energy, electricity and air levels and can help companies to reduce their energy outputs and costs wherever possible against their packaging machinery,”

“At Clearpack we are always striving to help customers achieve the best outcomes possible for their business. This can come in many forms and includes helping to improve a process, shorten a time to perform a task, lower costs, automate a line, add a higher level of safety to their plant, reduce manual handling. Helping to identify the best packaging solution to provide efficiency gains is very important to us,”
